WE HANDLE ALL THE WORK
1 Tell us about your truck/van
It takes 2 minutes to donate online. We’ll take some basic info about your truck/van, including the year, make, model and condition. We can accept almost any vehicle regardless of condition, usually even if you don’t have the title.
2 Schedule a pickup time
We'll be in touch within 24 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time. Your truck/van can be picked up as soon as the next day. You don’t have to be there for pickup – just leave the keys and signed title, in the truck/van. You’ll receive a temporary receipt as confirmation of pickup.
3 Tax receipt
We get to work right away, we’ll email your tax-deductible receipt .

You don’t need to be there when your truck/van is picked up. Just let the driver know you won’t be there when he calls to arrange pickup and leave your signed title in the glove compartment.
We can usually pick up a vehicle without a title.
We will need the registered owner to sign some paperwork for us. If we determine your truck/van will have a higher resale value with the title, our title specialists will arrange for a new title on your behalf and we’ll pay for any fees along the way.
The IRS guidelines in issuing tax receipts.
If your truck/van sells for more than $500, your receipt will be for the sale price of the truck/van.
If it sells for less than $500, you can deduct the fair market value of the truck/van, up to $500.
